Heat in the coccyx

Hello Folks.

I put this question a few days ago in the section "Ask Robert Bruce" but still did not get any response from Robert. Does anybody knows anything about it here? thank you.

Hello mr. Robert.

A few days ago I woke up at midnight because of the intense heat in my coccyx, it was strange sensation but it wasn't painful, just may be unusual..... it is almost two months now since I have been practicing your technique N.E.W. but I've never done any exercise before for this specific area (coccyx), additionally I am doing sitting meditation about every evening from 30 minute to one hour. During my meditation I am usually doing abdominal breathing concentrating my attention on the subnavel area. I also recently started to read your book Astral Dynamics and today during my meditation I remembered about the exercise where you recommend to transfer energy with mental hands from the base chakra into the heart chakra, so I decided to try it just for fun but at the same moment I felt a heat in my coccyx the same way as it happened a few days ago. Do you have any idea about it mr. Robert? Thank you!

It is possible that the energy work you are doing is sensitizing you to these sensations. In my experience heat in a body part can be anything from overstimulation to nerves being pinched, and I think the rest of your statement may shed some light to this-

additionally I am doing sitting meditation about every evening from 30 minute to one hour.

Are you sitting on a chair, on the floor, etc? It's possible that you may be stressing the coccyx- try changing your position, or meditating earlier, and see if this makes anything change.

During my meditation I am usually doing abdominal breathing concentrating my attention on the subnavel area.

It sounds like you are storing energy- perhaps you want to ground it when you're done, and see if this helps also.

The energy body is fluid and interconnected, it's not a series of separate body parts you work on- when you work on one part of the energy body, all of the energy body gets some stimulation- think of your energy body as a glass of water (or a long pan of water)- stirring up one part with make all the water move, with some limitation.
So it's possible that whatever you are doing is moving energy everywhere, and if the coccygeal area is already stimulated, then it will react to whatever you do.

If this continues to be a problem, I recommend you do brushing and sponging all over the body, and don't work on your primary energy centers (chakras) for a while- instead do energy body circuits, and don't do them for more than fifteen minutes at a time.
And if you can, ground when you're done.

it seems that you are experienced person and very well familiar with N.E.W technique. what I want to know is, how will it look like when energy body will be awakened and how long will it take to practice it, 1 year 2 years to achieve good results?

I also want to learn astral projection but unfortunately the level of my English is not so good to study Robert`s books on English, I live on the north Caucasus and English is really exotic language here)) so I am doing 2 things in the same time, I learn English and study his books

( I downloaded his ebook and also found a couple books on Russian but the translation is awful.

Not being clairvoyant, I can't tell you what it looks like, but I can tell you that your energy body is already awake, and there is no 'magic' date- it takes about a month to learn to do the techniques easily, and it's a process that never ends, unless you want to stop it.
i haven't been able to look at your link (please don't post any more until you have 20 posts) because my computer is acting up, but I will when it finally starts to work better.
I don't know if this is helpful at all, but I speak Spanish and a little bit of Italian (very rusty, it's been years) if English is too different for you. But I get the impression that Romantic languages may be even more exotic for you.

ps. Grounding is sending energy to ground, or connecting to ground to avoid imbalance. There are many ways to do it, I'll see about posting a link for you in a while.
