Cotton Candy machine.

strange title I know, but I was lying down and doing some energy work and decided to so the basic plank shielding technique taught in RB's Energy work book.

I thought I'd mix it up a bit by adding some elements, fire water and earth. Then I dawned on me. As I was moving the plank around me, I programmed it to gather elemental energys rather then use them, so I thought (Why can't this be used to gather Energy for storage as well as elemental energies?)

rather then the typical energy storage, pulling/sponging through your feet up to the head then into the navel center, what you do it the basic plank shielding exercies

Basically you imagine a Plank board like object revolving around your body, moving faster or slower at w/e pace you deem fit. but insted of useing the plank/shield to block or banish. you going to imagine like it's a really big Cotton candy machine..

watch this video to get a good idea of how your going to do this. That rotating device in the center, imagine that is you. now you see how the vendor uses that stick to gather up all that web like pink candy?

Imagine that you are in the middle, and all around you is this "cotton candy" energy, because their is eneryg all around you. now your going to use your plank the same way the vendor use the stick to collect all the candy.

once he is doe he has a sitck wrapped in thick cotton candy. do this technique for a while, imagining that as you gather up the energy, your plank gets brigher, thicker or both or how ever you wish to see it.

once you have enough energy, imagine that you take the intire plank and it's gathered energy and compress it into a ball. or you can simply imgaine that you've remove all the "cotton Candy" energy from the plank/stick, and compacted into a ball or whatever works best for you.

once your energy ball is ready simply absorb all of the energy by what ever means you use, I imagine im holding it in my hands and absorb it through my palms into my navel center.

this might seem abit difficult at first, but it is an advanced energy work technique. the more you work at it the better you'll get

I've done it with fire, for clearing.... but I like to play with fire.

I suspect this will be a more effective vital/elemental aborbing technique.
