Concentration is written by an occultist (yogi?) who discusses in-depth the art of, well, concentration. In the final part of the book, the author gives seven sets of exercises designed to strengthen concentration. Each set is done twice a day, ten minutes per session. One would do the second set after mastering the first set, and the third set after mastering the second set, and so on. The author strongly discourages reading ahead, so I will not go into too much detail into what the later exercises entail, but let's just say that those interested in conscious exit OBEs would benefit from these exercises.
