I just want to check in with my experience last night- I was woken from my sleep from a jerking , twitching or vibrating feeling coming from my stomach navel area outwards, I thought it was a litte painful or weird at first having been drowsy from sleep but I realised it could be vibrations preliminary to an OBE.
I started repeating in my head now I'm out of body but I think I got excited and woke too much but kept trying for next few hours on and off between sleep and awake states to no avail.
I just had a couple hours nap /meditation session this afternoon with my newly bought moldavite on my forehead and clear quartz wand in my left hand and experienced the same sensation in my navel area - it appears to be isolated there- what does this mean? also I saw alot of a beautiful blue colour visions like I was wearing blue glasses and everyone and everything was blue.
