Thread: my wife and sister in laws shared dream

  1. my wife and sister in laws shared dream

my wife's sister called her a few minutes ago. She was telling her about a dream she had. she was walking through the woods and found an elderly woman sitting by a fire. Both my wife and her sister are half native American. when she came to the woman she handed her a headdress. she said she felt familiar with the woman but didn't trust her. then her dad appeared and told her to take it off and leave she didn't need to do that. she ignored his request. she sat down and the woman played sine kind of flute. they sang a song together. then she wokeup in a panic. well my wife and sister just met this year after not seeing each since they were 6 and 2. my wife being the oldest. my wife told me about this same dream about 2 years ago. but she explained to me earlier that she felt like she knew the woman. and felt completely comfortable with her. could this be someone from the spirit world trying to contact them? it really freaked me out aswell.

My husband and I share dreams all the time. I also used to co-dream with a lady I used to work with. So no worries, it is a recognized phenomenon.

I know it is possible but I want to ask you how we can share a dream with others.

Re: my wife and sister in laws shared dream

In theory, dreams are astral projections, that often happen in private areas. If two people are having the same or complementary dreams, they are more than likely 'going to' the same 'astral space' in their dreams. It is has been said that it's also how we see our beloved passed when we dream of them- we go to them in the in-between states.
Now, I can't say how or why this happens, but if you want to experience this, the chances of success increase if you know the other person well, and maybe if you sleep together, and plan to do this, and talk about it before you try it. Also, give yourself time (like a week or two) because time is a slippery thing, and give yourself a pre-sleep suggestion (affirmative) that you can and will do it, and see what happens.
