Heating Up Of Crown Chakra

I was APing and flying in darkness, then saw bright rings of light and was flying upwards with a little bend in the end (don't remember if through or above the rings). I passed several (maybe 4-5) of them. Then I stopped before one light which was not a ring anymore but a star of light. Then suddenly the top of my head (crown chakra area) feels warm for a short moment, I felt it 'physically'.

Do you know what could have happened, is this usual and did you also feel chakra heating in your physical body while in trance state / out of body?

You will get all sorts of odd sensations from your chakras at times. Warmth, tingling, even cramping, etc.

A warmth sensation is quite normal and a good sign that you have healthy crown chakra activity.
