    Strong Vibrations, feeling like my body (or consciouness) was going to teleport somewhere else?

    I woke up one morning and meditated for about an hour. Vibrations kicked in and I heard the pulsating sound strongly. My body was resonating with the vibrations as if I was being pulled up. Any idea was this experience might be? Thanks
