question about spells and curses

EA Koetting claims that you can put spells or curses on other people, abraham hicks says its not possible because no outside force can assert itself into your reality, everything that comes into your reality only depends on your own vibration?

anybody knowledgable about this, who is wright, or can they be both wright in some way?

so if you look at it another way wouldn't it then seem that something in my own vibration attracted a love spell or a curse into my own reality?

I'll put it in the law of attraction way as Abraham Hicks is that guy. I am sure of it that with the law of attraction, you will need a certain mindset. Nothing really is attracted; you are simply attracted to that object which makes the manifestation rate a lot higher. Manifesting love magically would mean to have some sort of effect to the subconscious of the person, or a spell. Spells really don't need to vibrate at your speed to work. Curses are definitely possible as spells are. It's all about manifestation.

Exactly. I've never known why it became 'the law of attraction'. Perhaps because its original modern western name, 'The Law of Mind Action' came from a religious organization and they wanted to separate it- but the idea is that you create your reality by the way you think and feel. And act, obviously.

And this includes all your subconscious stuff, of course. And, biggest one, beliefs. Everything from "Gravity is always in effect" to "I don't deserve to be happy" to "If I eat potato chips I will get fat" to "God is watching me" to pretty much anything and everything. Dissolve beliefs and your reality becomes more fluid. The more beliefs you can release, the more fluid your reality, and more adaptable it is, and the easier it is to direct your reality (i.e., manifest stuff).
