Thread: Is there a salt bath tutorial?

  1. Is there a salt bath tutorial?

    Hello everyone,

Recently in a post on this forum, Robert recommended a mega salt bath as a method of removing negative influence from my energy body. Can someone please direct me to a tutorial on how to do this; from what I've read it can be unsafe if not done properly. Thanks!

    Yes, here.

I found the tutorial on the Main Site. I went out and to start, I got 2 pounds 12 ounces of Coarse Sea Salt. I began drawing the bath water, relatively hot (I live in Upstate NY so the colder weather is here). I got in and began pouring the entire thing of salt all over my body. One thing I noticed immediately is that the bath tub was small; I'm only 5'9" and I still couldn't submerse my entire body. I had to alternate between submersing my upper half and my lower half. I stayed in for an hour. I had some incense burning, and I must say I was very relaxed the whole time, almost to the point where I was a bit foggy. I tried doing energy work on my feet but I was so relaxed in a foggy sort of way that I couldn't focus enough to do it. I noted that in the hour time frame, I had three relatively strong sexual impulses, which I seldom get. They came on stronger than normal. Also, towards the end, I had a strong urge to get out of the tub to check my phone, for fear that my wife had left me some horrible message. Most likely a deep-seated fear of mine that I need to process. I've been out for about 20 minutes now, I took a shower immediately afterwards, and I definitely feel very good, nice and relaxed. Now it seems like the relaxation is more clarified rather than foggy.

Very good. BTW, the bath towels are for the non-submerged parts.

Okay, I think when reading the tutorial I overlooked that part, not yet knowing that I would need to do so. Wouldn't a full-fledged bath towel be a bit much just to cover my knees though (the only part I can't submerse)?

Or washcloths, whatever you have in hand.

I have had success with a shower scrub with Epsom Salt. I have the Epsom salt in a bowl and then scrub my entire body with it. It seems to have a cooling effect on my skin while doing it. I also rub my chakra areas with the salt in a clockwise motion. I guess the main effect I have noticed is that I have more positive thoughts and minimal obsessive thoughts and better sleep at night.
I also do sea salt scrubs in the shower as well, but I think the effect is better with the Epsom Salt.

Don't forget to bring water to drink with you while soaking in that hot tub with all that salt. You don't want to get dehydrated.

My recommendation for a salt bath is to "supersitiously" include whatever natural or mineral substances occur to you as divine. Clear quartz, black tea, salt, or essential oils, etc. Harmony.
