They've long documented that brain structure actually changes (for the better) with meditation. Now it seems that DNA expression changes, too (note: the DNA itself doesn't change; just some parts are switched off or on, i.e., it expresses or manifests differently in response to the meditative practice).

This goes along with what Bruce Lipton writes for years in his books. It's Epi-Genetics: consciousness & environment changes DNA and that in turn again changes the body. There is no such thing as genetic determinism (still taught in schools...).
