This seems to help me a bit.

Also, I've tested out earplugs and the use of small amounts of cut up garlic in the ear holes- both seem to help with certain things, such as when neg related voices and sounds are heard as to come from outside of the head. They help to a certain extent, but.not entirely.with. 'subjectively' heard voices. I intend to buy a neurophone to see if that might help out more with things.
