hello good people, there is a mantra that i sometimes use that activtes all chakras.

(its best to say the mantra in your head, making sure u "feel" the sound vibrating within you)

*inhale*

FEEEEEEE (as in Pet) *exhaling*

*inhale*

UUUUIIIIINNNNN (sounds a little like "win") *exhaling*

*inhale*

DDAAAHHHJJJJ (special ephasis on the "H") *exhale*

and repeat.

i think its nice, it helps projection.

My guess is that it is a drawn out "eh" sound?

yeah, its the drawn out "eh" sound thats in pet.

i got it from jonas ridgeway's "online astral projection guidebook" which has recently closed down, just thought id share.

The only reason why I ask is that I want to know a bit about the energies it invokes before trying it. The seed syllables I'm familiar with for the chakras are lam, vam, ram, yam, ham, om, and ah. All of the a's are like "ah". The m's can be substituted with "ng". The origins for these would be Raja or Laya Yoga.
