can you guys help me out?I had an experience this night that left me pretty shocked. Im not sure if it was an obe or not maybe you can clear this up for me?
this night i had a hard time falling asleep i rolled in bed for hours, and when i eventually did i started dreaming that im laying in bed and that i cant fall asleep (lol) eventually i had a dream in with i was walking outside an i became lucid. As soon as i did that i woke up in my body and i had the sensation of spinning inside my body. I thought i was projecting and i got very excited. then i popped out of my body but i didnt got far i was just laying on the other side of my bed on my legs. I had this strange magnetic feeling like a very strong force of gravity keeping me grounded.
Then my room started disappearing and i ended up in some kind of space that was like a void i dont know how to describe it. i dont remember how i got back from that void back into my room, but when i was back i tried to get back into my body because i was afraid that i will spend too much time here and forget the experience, i verbalized that i would remember this experience and i tried going back into my body but it was hard to move because of that magnetic force. i got back and remembered the whole thing it all lasted about 2minutes.
Another clue to this is that when i sleep i have earphones on, and i listen to the sound of a watterfall.
And during the whole experience i heard the sound of that watterfall playing. So this suggest that i had a link with my physical senses. Witch mean i wasnt just dreaming right?
