Can someone explain what is this?

Hello
I've never done energy work but since I was a child I've been able to create a wired feeling in my body. It is hard to explain, It's like a buzzing sensation that I can create but can't keep it more that a few seconds. <br><br>I used to play with this sensation, One night I was creating the feeling between my eyebrows where people call it Third Eye, I did it for hours and that night when I was gone to bed and trying to sleep, suddenly my eyes forced to close and I saw white lights then I felt a very very HUGE energy.

Can someone explain what is this?

That's where the fun begins

. Hard to say what you really saw. Whether orbs, flashes, clouds, whether there was some movement or it was static, all this is important to guess what it is, but basically what you saw is the start of the path, if you continue with this, you will see much more and and it will start giving sense. For the aforementioned reason I cannot also tell what kind of HUGE energy you have felt. Could be some blockage of your body being released, or could be some external source (some spirit, divinity,etc.), or could be even internal in the sense of HGA.

The problem is that I haven't managed to do it again! When that happend, My eyesight got improved signaficialy, I couldn't felt hate toward anyone and no tiredness althought it was 2am. Now I come here to find out what is this sensation, How can I manage it and what is HGA?

You weren't able to do it again most probably because you wanted to make it happen again. This is hard to explain, but basically when you tried, you weren't expecting this, right? You just tried and this happen. For it to happen again you must do the same thing, no expectations, just do it.

Sounds like a fun experiment. And btw. I can also produce that buzz between my eyes, where the third eye is. It almost always happen when I think of something that I find interesting, when I read something I find very interesting or sometimes it just comes of itself. But not in other parts of my body. I think its energy related and one could stimulate it with energy work as usual. My brow center is the most responsive. I will try the same as you, to play with the buzzing for hours or something.

The buzz is energy feedback, what you feel when you do energy work, but when in trance (in the liminal state) the feeling is magnified.

Okay, Let me tell about this sensation features. (Sorry I'm not native)

First, It isn't about thinking or visualizing anything. It's like moving your hand, Obviously it isn't possible to tell someone how to move their hands therefore I can't describe it.

It's easier to create the sensation on lower body at first, But when you continue doing it becomes easier on upper body as well. Also easier when body is relaxed.

It seems the sensation have value, It's not static and you can decrease or increase it.
When the sensation feels high then it's hard, So don't try to keep it just let it come and go.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I'm not sure if it is Body Mobile Awareness. Another thing about this sensation is that I've used it a few times to get out of a nightmare.
