The Ankle Pulling Thing

First of all- just wanted to update that I did feel a hand of someone else during a projection (After waking up in the morning)- the fingers felt very elongated and thin. Sort of like a skeleton? But it did feel like that someone cared about me.

susan- thank you for sharing! Your experience sounds scary but nonetheless amazing and something to learn from. I also believe that the helpers or guides may be ourselves, sometimes (perhaps during a time in the future when we are more developed- which is a theory that Monroe's book supports). It feels very nice to know that we are cared for, though

Lionheart- that's very cool that this happened to you after you've read my post I think it could be possible that you attracted this subconsciously because you focused on the subject. It could be possible that you didn't actually get pulled out of bed since you resisted- I did and I didn't go anywhere unless I released and let go.
