It was basically a group conscious thing. Another 25 or so people around the same city I live in all had the dream. Normally, I would just pass it on, but it looks like California is out and about after its earthquake drought.
It's been a nasty few months for California. It kind of lines up. I had the dream. I believe my baby sister had the same dream.
She's basically the psychic in my family. My reasons for knowing that are for another story.
