During the practice of energy work I have found that I very quickly fall into a deep altered state of mind where I can't do anything, the energy becomes very sluggish and I helplessly floating at this state or even worse just falling asleep LOL))
But recently I found a solution for this problem, it is a music. It really helps a lot because it doesn't let my mind to go into a deep state and I can do long energy work sessions without falling asleep and with music it's much interesting...))
I downloaded this music from youtube, converted it to mp3 format uploaded it into my mp3 player and I listen it with headphones.
