Trance?

Hello,

I'm on day 30 of MAP and while doing trance work I felt nervous at first, then my lower body started tinging and then my heart chakra starting beating very fast. Is this light trance? I didn't feel heavy at all.

It's a symptom of transition, you were very close to projecting.
