Few years ago I started trying to remember the feeling of self control before I go to bed and i started to remember this inside the dream and I started having concious dreams. But it lasts for a half of minute and then I forgate that this is a dream and the dream goes normally. But how do I make it so that it lasts longer? And is this dangerous? I want to use dreams to self develop myself. I want to become stronger and more brave.
