What was that sound?

Hello all,

After an energy work session, I did some deep breathing (like MAP describes when you focus on the feeling of the air going down your throat and into your lungs), but something peculiar happened during my deep breathing session.

I internally heard (and felt) this sound inside my head. I recorded myself imitating the sound (about 5 or 6 second clip), so that you would possibly know what I'm talking about. It lasted for about 2 minutes then faded away. Again, this sound was not audible to anyone else... it was an internal sound that I could definitely hear and somewhat feel inside my head.

If you don't want to click the clip, the best I can equate the sound to resembling was that of a pulsing rushing wind.

Now, my question... are you familiar with this? If so, what do you perceive it to have been?

Hi Traveller,
I could be wrong but if you were in the right state and blocking out external sounds this sounds like you picked up blood rushing through the veins. It sounds the same when I listen to pulses using a Doppler.
I'm sure there is a lot of noise going on in our body that is blocked out from our normal perception.
