I'm from Argentina (South American Continent) and, at this country, many of such drugs are of restricted use (psychopharmaceuticals) and they are used under medical supervision.
Such policy give as result (unless such drugs shall be adquired at "black market") physician' fear to be involved in penal prosecution and, therefore, processed by Mala Praxis.
A solution is use of herbs, by example: mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris)
