I had a traumatic experience when i was younger and i was wondering if you could help me understand this type of projection .
Basically whenever something violent happened to me like really violent .I see myself walking out my body from a third perspective !
And on one occasion i felt like 2 magnetic poles shifted in me one from the head region going down in front of me to the other one from
the groin region going up from behind !

From what i can gather the common denominator in this is a strong extremely strong visceral emotion in my second chackra or gut
that produce this .These emotion are negative in nature .Do you think there is a way to have extremely strong positive
emotion too and how would i do it ? can NEW help; with minor alteration i guess

Hey there. In the case of anything really bad happening some people tend to leave their body to protect them from the pain.

It is centenly possible to experience extremly positiv emotions but it is not good to play this emotion game to much. We must learn to accept all motions and dont choose between them cause otherwisenwe create craving for goodnemotions and abortion ro the 'bad' ones which make a life in the presence impossible.

Yes. You can learn to induce a projection with techs (that can be found in the Research & Development forums) but what you see when out may differ, because your subconscious has a lot to do with your experience.
