Severe pain on the lower back, groins and the pubic bone....left thumb...feel a bit nasusea...produced much saliva so I had to swollow often....much colore patterns specially a nice deep blue colore yet bright..bright spots...and white haze...saw a hoded man from the side...feeling me sitting front right and the man vertical with him sitting from the side so we build a cross with our energies??....the pain was gone on the sitting positin of the meditation....feeling good now....
