strange energy

ive noticed that since ive started this program, ive been randomly feeling a buzzing in my fingers and toes. Im pretty sure this is do to some kind of energy. can anyone tell me if this has ever happened to them? or if this is perhaps a good sign? id really appreciate it if i got an answer from the authors. thanks in advance

Do you mean the NEW method? Or astral projection?

If it is NEW yes you can feel tingling or buzzing. How long does it last after you do NEW? Does it occur when you haven't just finished a session NEW?

yeah i mean when im doing the exercises in the book, "Mastering Astral Projection." i think its the energy body prestimulation that causes the buzzing. what do you think?
