I think this is a really nice idea, even though I'm not doing the program I think another idea that can help would be to set the alarm clock in your phone to a certain time during the day that you would like to practice in.
For example, if you would like to practice everyday at 19:00, set your alarm clock to 19:00 everyday and then it will remind you that you need to practice...
