I had a very gentle mild spike once, a couple of times in a very deep altered state of mind I felt the sushumna channel inside of me and I felt the energy movement inside of it, the sensation of energy was quite unusual the energy felt like a thick liquid matter, it lasted just a moment because I couldn't keep long such kind of deep altered state of mind. I also remember a strong pressure in my tailbone, ajna and in my palms at this moment. The tailbone was literally moving like a real tail.... All this stuff I experience usually when I practice deep altered state meditation but I had to stop it because of hypnagogic effect.... Now I feel stable again and I am going to return back to my deep altered state of mind meditations. Last couple of years I was busy practising sitting meditation mostly I prefer to do transcendental meditation and science of the spring of this year I practice autophagy regular weekly water 36-40 hours fasting. At first it was difficult but now I can easily fasta a couple of days. I have to work and feed my family that's why I can't fast longer unfortunately.... I am doing my best trying to follow Robert Bruce's instructions.
