Before, without NEW practice, an awful pain trouble that position and only suitable position was kneeling onto a pad (another suitable aid) with widly legs spread.

I actively practice NEW since 2012 and I consider myself as an advanced practitioner I have really done it a lot and still practice it when I have free time. I used to practice OBE and lucid dreaming too... Last few years were very difficult time in my life and I was mostly just practicing sitting meditation. It is really helped me to survive difficult times. Thank you very much for your feedback it was very helpful))
