I think that lying on the couch is good. Normally I do NEW on my bed, but I've noticed that when I do it on a chair it's easier to focus on my feet because they are nearer to me. I think I may switch.

I finished after 23 minutes(My meditation alarm went off after 20 minutes, and I extended it another 3 minutes to finish energy raising in my left leg).
That's really annoying when the alarm keeps ringing and you don't think it'll stop until you disrupt your practice and it stops .
