Shoes and energy work

Is it possible to do energy work with still toe cap boots on.
im standing up all day at work and it will be a perfect opportunity for energy body stimulation and energy raising.

For a few months I was working in a popcorn factory where that kind of shoe was required. Because of the painted concrete floor, though, it was not like the boots were a wire connecting me to the ground. It did not seem to have an effect on running the full body circuit while standing and walking in them.

I am assuming you mean steel capped boots.

Yes, it is possible to do energy work with them on. I would suggest though that you familiarise yourself with the energy work at home without the boots on before you attempt it with
