It's been some twenty years sence i first read or did anything with astral projection. When i was nine at the hospital i was out side the body the whole time i was having the operation.
Later i found that i would be out side looking in other places, never really understanding now it is a great time of urgencey to find that which i've lost. In the dream time there is places to go get healing for the spirit or dream body as well as for the physcial body and man do i need it more then ever. i got the first book astral dymanics. and working through it.
