    Help me work out a training schedule...

    So, I've tried to follow the techniques described in the Astral Dynamics book, however, due to a lacking proper schedule, I fail to continue trying the techniques and eventually just stop with it all together.

    So, I'm in the need of a training schedule, where I can actually plan out some of the excersis and actually keep up with it.

    I've come to the part about stimulating the energy body in the book, and I'm wonder if you guys can help me setup a schedule so I at least can train my energy body.

    Also, how long and often do I excersise?

    CF's Schedule

    Here is my schedule:
    When I was starting:
    Meditation (always)
    Lucid dreaming practice
    Affirmations (ongoing)
    Secondary Center stimulation (daily)
    Primary Center stimulation (1 week)
    Both center stimulation (1 week) + trance work
    " " " (1 week) trance work and exit techniques

    Now:
    Early am: Energy-raising (full-body circuit) & OBE attempt- Once or twice a week
    Mid afternoon: NEW: Sponging, secondary & primary- Almost every day
    Evening: Meditation, goal-setting -Depending on time & having a goal

    In the first part, the schedule is given chronologically. To the end I was practicing all disciplines (I added one to the other except in the very beginning).
    Now the schedule is daily, and I do other stuff besides; the above is what I do almost every day (I don't wake up early every day anymore, so I add energy raising to my routine throughout the day).

    My techs.

    I wanted to add the breakdown of an OBE attempt in order as I do them today:

    Relaxation- Progressive muscle relaxation
    Breathwork- anything from balloon breathing, pranayamas, counting breaths, etc.
    Energy raising (full-body circuit)
    Prayerful meditation (as in 'Open in Protection', stillness)
    Energy Body Loosening
    Noticing
    Exit techniques.


    Most of these terms are illustrated in the 'OBE research & discussions' stickied threads, and everything else should be covered in the AD Pedia on my sig or the FAQs- or Robert's Treatise on Astral Projection.
