Dear Sir,

God is to Higher Being, as Higher Being is to myself. Then Higher Being is the most reliable link with the most reliable source of knowledge (i.e.: God). This simple reasoning (like that from a mathematician ), I think, is the key in order to overcome Navigations Problems when OBEing; since I am not proficient in neither astronavigation nor astrolocation.

Then, if me, when OBEing, make the command “Take me to the nearest location of extraterrestrial advanced civilization..!!” would yield required result. ¿What’s your opinion about this..?
