On day 9 of my 90-day program, I made an interesting observation. I had already done my first hand energy exercises the night before. Later in the day, I noticed that whenever I visualized a radiating ball of cool blue energy somewhere in my stomach area, my hands would start to tingle or vibrate quite strongly. I can do it now, also--in fact, I just tried it and my hands are now buzzing. I assume what I was doing was some type of energy raising?

That sounds pretty shootin cool, an unconcious circuit maybe?
Yeah, I would guess there's some kinda suction thing going on, ending at your hands sucking up energy from around you. I don't think that would work for me, but I'll try.......
No, I think they were just kinda tingling because I was typing fast. I donno.

Yeah, I would say it's just a very active meridian (perhaps your stomach or gall bladder meridian) that runs to your hands strongly, and since you are 'sensatized' to that area you just notice it very well.
