Yeah my body temp can go way out of control if I don't have routine in my life. It definetly has to do with the ida and pingala or water and fire currents.

Cold and clammy hands and feet to suddenly hot and soaking with sweat, it's not nervousness either. When doing healing on people they noticed ither intense heat or cold which is pretty neat I think. Often I can't even feel it myself.

Yes and when your energy changes direction you should also notice that your nostriols open and close to signify.

Ah yeah like having one blocked isn't a good sign... I am guessing this is the reason for the lternate nostril breathing practice in yoga
