itching wont go away

I have been using your energy body work for some time now.
One thing that Im having a problem with is that every time I do work on my hands the middle of my left thumb always feels very itchy. always at the same place. I dont know if its mental or physical but it only happens when I do the energy work. I might of been bitten there from a tick from the cat a few years ago. but im not sure.

the thing is whenever I concentrate there it starts to get itchy. and the more I focus on it the worse it gets. do you know anything I could do to stop this? Im having a real problem here
