UFOs in Reality

I've seen small UFOs apppearing in reality. Can someone tell me what this is indicative.

My grasp is that UFOs more or less are the akashic records. Suppose I am knowing the perfect history of all creation, except that silence is the only witness. I might witness a UFO which witnesses that.

Just that they exist. Whatever they may be (btw, the us government now call them unidentified aerial phenomena or UAP. For whatever that's worth.

There are lots of American and English documentaries on so-called "ufos" recently, every of them has actually the same scenario: first they show something looking like an UFO, and then put "experts" telling why these "UFOs" should be not interesting to people as they are just sort of phenomena (all of them, without doubts, interestingly), and yes they try now to move from the "objects" to "phenomena".
But it is not only about flying (or, well, "aerial") things. The recent American space mission - very publicized and loud - had similar "tactic" involved, when people spotted a mouse moving on the spaceship when already in the space... of course, no surprise, they as usually explained that was it not a mouse, of course, in the public media.

I was watching an interview (I watch a lot of UFO stuff, I just never remember people's names) and the interviewee said that the air force had a patent on holograms projected from moving objects. All of a sudden the recent rash of 'lights spawning other lights and then reabsorbing them' makes sense.
