Yes. It all depends on how 'full of energy' you are.

Discharge from your sacral chakra. It's the creative or sexual chakra, so you need to tap your creativity in some way.

3. What happens from a heart strobe?

You can feel intense emotion, even pain in your heart area, and you can feel tapping on it, as if you were having incredibly strong and fast palpitations. If strong enough, it can propel you out of your body.
