This happened to me also, it turned out to be something that goes wrong after using the "Change Password" mechanism.

The way I got this sorted out was to use the "Help" link at the top right (just left of the login menu item), and submitted a help request via the ZenDesk support page. A support person then sorted the issue. It took a good few hours for them to reply due to difference in timezone, but they then sorted it.
