Please help me with voices and negative thoughts

I'm hearing voices saying bad things. And making me have negative thoughts. Also sometimes i feel wrong sensations. What can i do to stop them. can you help me?

It's not schizophrenia

Since a few months i'm in contact with entities of another dimention. I don't see them. I only listen them. They talk in spanish. They're are almost all the time with me.

But lately I'm listening negative words, negative stuff, and at certain degree is influencing me with strange moods, changes in the psyche. I ignore them. But I'd like to be free from those things.
