Hello, everyone.
I have had Energy Work sitting on my shelf for some time now and I'd really like to finally read and get started on some exercises. However, I've heard some forms of energy work should not be done by pregnant women. I'm curious if I should just wait until my baby is born or if all the exercises would be safe or even beneficial. I only have about three weeks left, so waiting wouldn't be terrible and I could just continue my meditation practice in the meantime. However, I'm excited to get started so I thought I'd see if anyone has any inside for me.
