Review of MAP CD's

I havent finished listening to all of the cd's yet but I think it makes a fine addition to the MAP: 90 day guide. It has some useful information that goes right along with the book. It has a few more energy work techniques that are newer than when the book first came out. Like working with blue energy ball and moving them thru the body. If you like the brainwave generator that was included in the book you will like these because it has the tones (Bi-Lateral Beats) included in the cd's which helps calm the mind and gives you something to focus on while relaxing. All in all the CD's are a great addition to the book and I liked the new content. I would recommend these to anyone that had the extra money to go with the book. But for those that dont have the money to spend on this you could just as easily get his new book Energy Work: The Secret of Healing and Spiritual Development and impliment it into the Mastering Astral Projection: A 90 day guide to OBE for the new energy work techniques. One of the main things I like about these is that its audio and you can listen to it in the dark and dont have to have a light source.

My rating for the Companion CD's is a 9 out of 10. The reason it wasnt a 10/10 was due to the price and the amount of new content that was with the CD's. These are just my opinions of the CD's, and nobody elses. Thank you for your time in reading all of this and I hope this review was helpful to you in some way.
