Dreaming of same place and real life memories from the dream

Dream memories becoming real life memories, to a point I have to sit
down and think if I actually experienced this in real life or "there".

Those type of dreams you re-visit and the layout of the landscape
looks just the same as earlier and events taking place there are
    the same.

    Any suggestion?

Who are those dream companions taking someone to this place
when requesting it? They stand by your side through out
the dream. I've met them before, but never gotten a chance
to take a good look at them.

Triot, have you developed the ability to lucid dream? I think if you become competent at this, you'd find a lot of answers.

Sometimes it happens becoming aware of dreaming and instantly try to
fly or have a look around. Is this lucid?

Dream every night, because of doing some "rituals" before going to
sleep with the intention to dream. It's just that sometimes memories becomes so realistic confusing it with real life memories. It's just as
    weird as a dejavu moment.

Realizing you are dreaming is becoming lucid.
Everyone dreams, but not everyone remembers their dreams. Most REM stages occur at the end of the cycle, which is why people usually remember their last dreams, rarely the ones in their first four-hour cycle. As you have proved, intention is very important.

Triot, I know exactly what you mean, and it's easy to fix. Get in the habit of performing reality checks during the day frequently to ensure that you are in fact not dreaming. The best reality check methods revolve around reading. If you can read something, look away for a sec, and look back and read it again, you are awake. Generally, it is not possible to read something twice in a dream, because of the lack of extrasensory input. The mind will always create something different the second time, because it does not actually exist.
Doing this will do three things: One, it will help you increase awareness. You confuse dreams memories with real memories, because more often than not, in either the waking world, or the dream world, you are not aware. You must increase your awareness. For example, you may drive to work, and arrive there all of the sudden, barely remembering the drive...sort of as though you were on autopilot or something.

2, frequent reality checks will also help you determine what is real, and what is a dream, in addition to increasing awareness. In dreams we can be in some strange land we've never seen, and have no reason to be there, and think nothing of it, because a majority of people are not fully aware most of the time. In a dream if you were to think "how did I get here?" you would instantly become aware because there would be no explanation as to how you got where you are.

3, frequent reality checks will quite likely produce frequent lucid dreams! Due to something called a schema (of which you have millions) in the subconscious mind, if you make a habit of doing reality checks in the waking world, you will do them in the dream world as well. And in the dream world, they will fail, helping you to realize you are lucid. Lucid dreams on there own would be sufficient to stop you from confusing dream memories from waking memories.

I hope this was helpful. Let me know if you have any questions
