When you read about how to achieve lucid dreams there are the stock methods, especially writing down dreams every night. I think remembering and writing down your entire day is great idea too.

Wouldn't that take, well, -ahem- all day?
Just kidding, couldn't resist.
In other words, keep a diary?

"Stop acting as if life is a rehearsal" Dr. Wayne Dyer.
Yeah... like treat your whole day like as if it were a dream. It'd be a little less exciting than a dream diary since most people's days don't involve flying and falling off cliffs and being chased by deadly creatures and randomly finding oneself naked in public... at least not anyone I know.
I don't write down my day, i'm too lazy.
But i do like to meditate on it each night, it gives me more control of my dreams, for sure.
