How much work is needed?

Hi, I was wondering how much of the preliminary stimulation work is needed before moving on to the raising energy and stimulating primary centers sections of Astral Dynamics. I want to make sure because I don't want to cause any problems with this and I want it to be done safely and efficiently.

I've done finger, hand, and arm work, aswell as the toes, feet, and leg work. I've had noticable sensations, so I don't think anything is blocked, but I've only done this work for a couple of days. Should I invest a week into doing fingers, toes, hands, feet, and the energy bounce and all that before I move on?
