A little help

[Destiny]

I have just borrowed wave 1 gateway voyage from my freind i have 3 problem 1) how much i have to listen to each part? i have started with orientation. how much days i have to listen it to proceed ? Plz give me list of any time frame avaible .as my freind is out of reach for some days
2)files are in .flac. i want to listen in my mobile .can i convert it into .wav or any other .which software to use
3)These must be played at barely audible voice.but in focus 3 i do not listen anything at low level .when i increase volume than only i can hear some ocean waves.is listening at low level does't create any help
