Leg stimulation technique

I had trouble stimulating my legs, so i fooled around and came up with this (unless someone else had this idea).

Use your astral hands and imagine going into your leg and grabbing the bones. Do like you are exercising and bring them all the way down and into your feet, then back up, and repeat. I find this effective because you can feel the energy running through your muscles, tendons, bones. etc. If you have to make you astral hands a lil larger to cover the whole inside of your leg.
