Root Chakra

Every time I begin a whole body energy bounce my root chakra is activated very quickly. Has anyone else noticed this?

I noticed it only shortly after I started, then the sensation eventually dissapeared. Maybe it's just from activating it the first few times?

I had an entirely different problem with it, but it has stopped now.

On a related note, the first few times I worked on my heart center it flared up very powerfully. After it 'got used to' me working on it, it didn't react so powerfully anymore (at least, not from a short period of time working on it).

I think at first when you clear out the largest chunks of grit they flare up the most. for me they just allow energy to pass smoothly through them and store up quietly.
