I would like to know a good mesitation to do healing in

I know that sounded strange but, i would like to know if there is a particularly good meditative state in which to practise healing, instructions would be nice!

I generally find anything in deep alpha or lower is suitable for healing for me, generally the deeper the better. I usually try to be time efficient so I don't often go past a deep alpha.
