Real-Time Sight?

Hey. I was wondering how would I develop real-time sight? Is it something that just happens to certain people spontaneously, or are there methods to develop it and use it whenever you like, maybe getting into a trace like state and thinking of opening your eyes? I am assuming it is easier to develop real-time sight than astral sight because its closer to the physical dimension, so I'd prefer to start out with real-time sight first, but once I manage to do that, how would I obtain astral sight? Is there a way to tell the difference between real time and astral sight?

Affirmations of intention combined with energy work on the brow center = getting the msg across to your higher self that you desire astral sight. Once this msg gets across, you will begin to develop astral sight.
