Weird sesion

I just got done from meditating.

I was going to follw MAP day 44. But after relaxation i noticed i was very tired and couldnt hold my concentration for very long. So i decided to just meditate. I was drifting around in the border of the dream state, coming back every now and then. But at one point i felt i was somewhere different, in a white room, hats all i can explain. But i didnt feel like i was im my room anymore. I thought i might have caught the sleep projection process at the right point and slipped out without any sensations, could this be?

But a wave of excitment cam over me and i slowly felt my room around me. Any idea what might have happened? Could it be RES (remote eye seeing)? I dont think so though.

Oh ya CFT, i went to court fri. i got 1 year probation.

You reached the 'Void'. It is also known as "3-D Black", which is obviously not about color, but about lack of contents. It is usually reached by phasing (you can look it up here, there's a stickied thread in the OBE section (one of them, anyway), but I've gone there a few times during an OBE also. It is considered to be an 'intermediate' place between areas, and some people really enjoy investigating it as a destination per se. If you stay there long enough you will see 'portals', such as doors, windows, or whatever your psyche serves up for you to indicate a 'way to go' and you can enter an astral plane or focus from there, or you can stay there and hang out.
You didn't notice you phased somewhere! Hee hee! For some reason that tickled me.

But i have never heard of that void. But what is it an area between the conscious state and the dream state, or conscious and RTZ?

But no i didnt noticed i phased somewhere, i sont even know what that is, but im going to look it up in the AD pedia.

I'm not sure what it is-lots of people have all kinds of theories about what it is, and lots of posts have been written about the subject. I'll see if I can find some for you.

Here ya go: The Void is also known as 3D Void, 3D blackness, and F12 or something like that. Most of the convos about it are described as 'black', but it has to do with perception. I have read many accounts of void experiences that included being in white light, in white fog, or just plain whiteness, but I couldn't find any links today.
As you read you'll notice that there's many theories about it, and they're just that. They all have some common denominators, which are 'being in between', and 'being in nothingness'. Some think it's a mental projection (putting it 'above' or 'beyond' the astral proper, but I don't know about that....
